We are seeking a dependable, responsible, and hardworking Part-Time Campground Maintenance Worker to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and appearance of our campground. This position is responsible for daily property upkeep, basic repairs, grounds maintenance, and assisting guests to ensure they have a pleasant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general campground maintenance and minor repairs.
• Keep campsites, restrooms, common areas, roads, and campground grounds clean and well maintained.
• Assist and escort guests to their assigned campsites and provide friendly customer service.
• Collect trash and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming property.
• Cut, remove, and clear trees, branches, brush, and other debris as needed.
• Maintain campground roads and perform basic road grading/gravel road maintenance.
• Perform basic carpentry repairs and maintenance.
• Perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs and maintenance as directed.
• Maintain campground buildings, facilities, equipment, and grounds.
• Identify maintenance or safety issues and report them to the  Maintenance Manager.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other maintenance duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications

• Dependable, responsible, and punctual.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Basic carpentry and general maintenance skills.
• Experience with groundskeeping, landscaping, or property maintenance preferred.
• Ability to safely use common hand tools and maintenance equipment.
• Experience with road grading or gravel road maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work, including lifting, bending, walking, and working around trees and brush.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Must be willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
