Join the team at Port Lavaca / Matagorda Bay KOA Holiday! We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance/Groundskeeper to help keep our campground clean, safe, attractive, and ready for guests. This position reports to the General Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Self motivated and ability to work well without direct supervision
Maintain RV sites, grounds, common areas, cabins, and campground facilities.
• Mow, trim, landscape, and keep roads and sites neat and well maintained.
• Assist with pool cleaning and upkeep according to campground procedures.
• Perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance, including basic carpentry, painting, and minor plumbing repairs.
• Troubleshoot basic electrical and HVAC issues within your training and authorization, and report work requiring a qualified technician.
• Collect trash and maintain clean outdoor areas.
• Operate and care for tools, mowing equipment, and maintenance equipment safely.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest maintenance requests.
• Report safety concerns, equipment problems, and needed repairs to the General Manager.

Qualifications:
• Practical maintenance or groundskeeping experience preferred.
• Dependable attendance, attention to detail, and a friendly, service-minded attitude.
• Ability to work outdoors in Texas coastal weather and perform the essential duties of the position, with reasonable accommodation as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and cooperate with the campground team.
• Safe use of tools and equipment.

$10/hour. Part-time position, up to 30 hours per week.
Free full hook-up RV site requires working a minimum of 15 hours per week.
$1/hour bonus after a 6-month commitment.
