The House Keeping team members are responsible for all facets of Housekeeping along with customer service that may include, but is not limited to, the following duties:
Dressing appropriately for the work and the weather while projecting a professional appearance and attitude. Yellow KOA shirts & name badges will be provided for your use.
Working together as a combined team with other team members, Owners, & Managers using an upbeat can do attitude that will boost the team moral and overall satisfaction of our guests.
Daily cleaning, monitoring, replenishing of restrooms, cabins, deluxe cabins, camper kitchen, tipi’s, RV & tent sites, picnic tables, pet walks & maintaining general cleanliness of the campground.
Replenishing clean linen supply closet, including operation of washer and dryer.
Refilling cleaning chemicals in a safe manner.
Reporting any maintenance needs to management.
Reminding campers of and/or enforcing campground rules when an infraction is observed or pointed out to us by a camper.
*If special talents or skills are available, they most likely will be utilized in the general upkeep and maintenance of the campground.
