A detail oriented couple is needed to assist other housekeepers by cleaning/caring for 7 deluxe cabins at Estes Park KOA Holiday Campground. These are our best cabins reserved for people who want a glamping experience. Deluxe cabins include ammenities: air conditioning, bathroom with shower; 1 full size bed with linens; stocked linens in bathroom; dishes, pots and pans, outside fire experience, swing, propane grill; inside table, 4 chairs, TV, electric fireplace, futon sofa that can become another bed for a total occupancy of 4 people. The cabins might be rented for a week, or they may be rented for 1 night. Either way, a thourough cleaning and change of linens must be completed.
Blankets, make up and kitchen towels are laundered by this housekeeping team. White sheets and towels are laundered by other housekeeping staff.
In addition to the 7 deluxe cabins; Mens dorm bath and family baths (3) are cleaned by this housekeeping couple.
It is not necessary to have experience in housekeeping. However, attention to detail is needed. If you tend to be a "neat nik" or "obsessive" about clean things this is the position for you and your partner.

Payment: You are paid for each hour worked. Hours vary by occupancy of the campground. You might work up to 35 hours in a week. You might work 20-25 hours on the shoulder seasons (May and October. It depends of the weather) Predicated minimum wage for 2027 is $15.61/Hour for Colorado. Pay is by direct deposit only.

This is a couples position. Please do not apply if you are not a couple, living together in the same RV/trailer.
Our campground is at 7,522 feet. It will take some time for you to acclimate to the environment. If you a hiker, this location offers endless opportunities to hike Roosevelt Forest, Rocky Mountain National Park, and Hermit Park locations.
You and your partner will work 5 days on and two consecutive days off. Same schedule all season.
If you already have committments that will take you away from the campground next summer (wedding, graduation, etc) please tell me about those committments up front so that the shifts may be covered.
About Estes Park / Rocky Mountain National Park KOA Holiday
This campground is suited for small RVs (25 ft or less works best). It also offers Tent Sites, Camping Cabins and Deluxe Cabins (private bath, linens, kitchen and extras). In peak season, enjoy pancake breakfasts, chapel services, ice cream socials and barrel train rides. The camp store is stocked with supplies and souvenirs. During peak season, a free shuttle stops at the KOA entrance, and it will take you to the Estes Park Visitor Center. You’ll find a horseback-riding stable and a 4×4 rental shop next door to the campground. Across the street, Estes Park Mountain Shop rents bicycles, fishing gear and clothing. Lake Estes Marina rents pontoon boats, paddleboats, paddleboards, four-wheel bicycles, canoes and kayaks. This is the KOA closest to the east entrances of Rocky Mountain National Park.
