The duties outlined below reflect the comprehensive scope of our campground operations. For couples joining our team, duties are often distributed with one partner focusing on maintenance/grounds and the other on guest reception, camp store, or housekeeping. For individual team members, assignments are structured around your primary skill set and operational priorities. In all cases, daily assignments and primary scheduled stations are coordinated and agreed upon in partnership with the Campground Manager, ensuring every team member works where they excel while maintaining readiness to support our shared “all hands on deck” standard of hospitality.
CAMPGROUND SEASONAL TEAM MEMBER
The Seasonal Campground Team Member serves as a versatile, well-rounded hospitality and operational contributor across our park operations. Grounded in our shared mission to be the friendliest and most helpful campgrounds around, this role embodies an energetic, “all hands on deck” spirit. Team Members are comprehensively cross-trained across all core operational areas—front desk reception, camp store retail, light food and scoop shop service, recreation and activities, lodging and bathhouse housekeeping, campsite staging, and general grounds upkeep. While day-to-day station assignments are aligned with individual strengths and operational needs, every Team Member maintains cross-departmental readiness and enthusiastically steps in wherever needed to support coworkers, assist guests, and keep park operations running smoothly.
