  • Responsibilities 
    Office Position: (40 Hours/Week)
    • K2/KOA office experience is required
    • Guest check-ins/check-outs
    • Reservations and customer service
    • General campground office duties
    Outside/Maintenance Position: (40 Hours/Week)
    • Cleaning campsites
    • Escorting guests to sites
    • Minor repairs and maintenance
    • Firewood deliveries
    • Light landscaping and other standard campground tasks
    • Some lifting (Firewood, gravel, etc.) and occasional strenuous work required based on your capability
  • Compensation/Benefits 
    Compensation & Perks
    • $15/hour each
    • Paid for every hour worked
    • $ Substantial bonus each upon completion of commitment
    • Full-hookup RV site included for FREE (while fulfilling the 40-hour/week commitment)

Job Description

NOW HIRING: WORKAMPING COUPLE

Nashville East KOA – Lebanon, Tennessee

Spend the fall at one of Middle Tennessee’s premier campgrounds! The Nashville East KOA is looking for a dependable Workamping Couple to help bridge the gap between our busy summer season and winter operations.

Position Duration:

August 1 – November 1, 2026

(Earlier start available for training if possible. If you are interested but can’t start until September 1, or another date, please apply anyway.)

Schedule:

  • Thursday–Sunday (4 Days)
  • Around 10-hour shifts
  • 40 hours per week each

Requirements:

  • You must have your own RV/camper in decent condition
  • Office applicant must have K2/KOA office experience
  • Positive attitude, dependable, and team-oriented
