KOA Campground Management Internship Program At KOA, we believe that the outdoors is fun and for everyone, and we recognize that there are intrinsic health benefits from being in nature, including meeting new people from all over the world and improving mental and physical well-being.
We are looking to hire and develop college students who are enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, and customer-focused and are excited to grow in the outdoor hospitality industry.
Our Internship Program
Our Campground Management Internships at KOA are typically a 12-week summer experience. These provide a great opportunity for college students to accelerate their careers by expanding their skills in a hands-on work environment. KOA interns are empowered to complete campground operational work and will have the opportunity to apply their knowledge to projects that benefit KOA, while bringing their unique perspectives to the company.
Where and When to Apply
We typically post the Campground Management Internship positions at the beginning of October each year, and our intern recruiting season generally runs from late fall to the end of March. This year’s internship runs from May 15 to August 18. Be on the lookout for next year’s job posts beginning in October.
