- Support gift shop and pizza sales by engaging guests and making helpful recommendations
- Prepare and serve pizza orders, including taking orders, making, cooking, and keeping the area clean
- Handle guest concerns calmly while upholding campground standards
- Keep the Front Desk and retail areas clean, organized, and well-stocked
Front Desk Team Member Qualifications:
- Friendly, guest-focused attitude with strong communication skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn reservation systems
- Customer service or campground experience a plus
Customer Service Team Member Responsibilities:Â

- Assist with site setup and hookups as needed
- Check sites for cleanliness and pick up micro-trash
- Verify car tags and ensure all visitors are properly registered
- Deliver firewood, pizza, thank-you notes, and other guest items
- Provide friendly, professional service to all guests
- Keep golf carts clean and ready at the end of each shift
