  • Responsibilities 

    The Asst. Managers will be working with the managers in building excellent guest relations with
    our staff, supervising and working with about 8 employees in maintaining the buildings and
    grounds on the campground, working on projects, housekeeping, and overseeing the
    convenience store/gift shop and RV checkin. They will work shifts and cover the managers days
    off and vacation.

  • Compensation/Benefits 

    Compensation is $32,000 each but is negotiable depending on experience. In
    addition to salary is a free campsite and utilities..

Job Description

Enthusiastic, organized assistant managers with good people skills needed for RV park in
Kingman Arizona. This is a family-owned business where we value our employees. The
campground is between Phoenix (175 miles) and Las Vegas (100 miles). It is on nostalgic Route
66, nestled between both the West and South entrances to the Grand Canyon. Located just off
I-40 about 30 minutes east of Laughlin Nevada and the Colorado River, the winters are mild and
summers cooler than southern Arizona. We would like at least a 1 or preferably 2 yr
commitment. Start date is ASAP

We prefer a couple, with one being inside manager and the other outside manager. Will
consider singles with great experience. Construction, contracting, mechanical K-2, retail
