Duties will include, but not limited to, the following; Guest Services: Act as the primary point of contact for all guests, ensuring a welcoming and helpful environment. Manage all reservations, including check-in and check-out procedures, cancellations, and modifications. Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. Maintain and enforce park rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Oversee and personally handle all daily operations of the park, including housekeeping, landscaping, and maintenance tasks. Ensure that all facilities, such as restrooms, laundry rooms, and recreational areas, are clean, well-maintained, and fully operational. Monitor and manage the parks inventory of supplies, restocking as necessary. Perform routine inspections of the park to identify and address any maintenance issues or safety concerns. Promote the parks amenities and unique offerings through local partnerships and community engagement. Respond to online reviews and inquiries to maintain a positive public image for the park.
Short-Term Rental Management: Oversee the management of the tiny homes as short-term rental properties. Handle all aspects of short-term rental operations, including guest communication, booking management, and ensuring high-quality accommodations. Prepare the tiny homes for guest arrivals by overseeing or performing cleaning, restocking supplies, and ensuring that all amenities are in working order. Address any issues or maintenance needs in the glamping tents and tiny homes promptly to maintain guest satisfaction and property quality. Coordinate with online platforms (such as AirBNB, VRBO, etc.)
