    We’re looking for friendly, energetic team members to help create a GREAT guest experience at our busy KOA Journey campground. From Memorial Day through mid-September, our park is often sold out and the pace is fast, so we need flexible, positive people who enjoy working with others and aren’t afraid to pitch in wherever needed.

Job Description

We’re seeking a Workamping Team to join our team for the 2025 season! One partner will work at the Front Desk, and the other will work in Grounds/Maintenance. Both roles are essential in creating a welcoming, clean, and well-run campground for our guests.

Front Desk (Office) Duties

  • Greet guests with kindness and professionalism, both in person and on the phone

  • Make reservations and process check-ins/outs using the KOA Kampsight K2 system (experience a plus)

  • Answer guest questions patiently and cheerfully—even the repeat ones!

  • Execute retail sales and accurately handle cash/credit transactions

  • Keep the store neat, stocked, and inviting

  • Work the same schedule as your Grounds/Maintenance partner

  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive, drama-free attitude are essential

Grounds & Maintenance Duties

  • Escort campers to their sites and assist with parking as needed

  • Clean and reset campsites after guest departure (mowing, weed trimming, cleaning fire pits & picnic tables, picking up small trash)

  • Perform light repairs (plumbing, electrical, or woodwork) as needed

  • Assist with pool upkeep, and general campground repairs

  • Work the same schedule as your Front Desk partner
