Job Description

Now that we have your eye…Our 2025 dream team build is underway, and we want you!
Located in northern Michigan, our campgrounds provide the perfect opportunity to explore everything “Up North” has to offer. Live, work, and play for the summer surrounded by golf courses and lakes galore. Tucked back in the woods, but still close to town, you will have all the amenities of town living while still soaking in that camping feel. Craving some lake time? You’ll also have access to our sister property 9 miles south: Gaylord South/Bradford Lake KOA sits right on Big Bradford Lake, a 230 acre lake that allows for watersports, fishing, swimming, and soaking up the beautiful Michigan summers.

Our campgrounds are Holiday KOAs, which means that the majority of our guests are here for several days at a time, but we do have some seasonal sites as well. We are running K2 at the front desk. If you don’t have experience, don’t worry! We will train. First Time work kampers are encouraged to apply- though campground/RV knowledge is necessary. This is a work hard, play hard environment. Must have strong interpersonal skills and a love for customer service. Dad jokes strongly encouraged. We do our best to have all couples work overlapping shifts, giving you days off together to explore. Hours worked will be in the range of 34-38 hours each per week during peak season, with less hours during the shoulders (May/September).
