  • Responsibilities 

    Responsibilities include cleaning and opening pools, working on arrivals and departures, as well as whatever projects are in the works.  In addition, there are the normal maintenance duties of emptying trash bins and doggie stations, keeping the store stocked with ice and frozen cocktails, and watching for car tags and wristbands.  Propane dispensing is a plus. There’s always something to do!  This position is for 4 or 5 days per week, leaving plenty of time to explore the area on your days off.

  • Compensation/Benefits 

    As an OAK property, our site rent for your FHU site is $200 per month, via payroll deduction. You are paid for all hours worked. Our starting pay rate is $12 per hour. We offer discounts on store items and propane, as well as a laundry allowance.
