Job Description

Office Staff Responsibilities

As a member of our office team, you’ll work closely with the Groundskeeper to ensure every guest enjoys a smooth, positive experience from the moment they arrive. Our campground store is fully stocked with a variety of items, and it’s essential that the presentation of the office remains clean, organized, and maintained to a 100% standard at all times.

The office can get very busy with customer inquiries and phone calls, so the ability to multitask and remain friendly under pressure is key. During slower periods, you’ll be expected to take initiative by maintaining the office space, assisting in the laundry room, and helping with restroom checks as needed.

Teamwork is at the heart of everything we do. We support one another to ensure every task is completed with excellence and every guest receives the high-quality experience they expect.
