  • Compensation/Benefits

    All hours will be paid,  approximately $15 – $20 per hour.
    Hourly Compensation is determined on an individual basis. All hours will be paid at a rate to be determined by your skill and experience level.
    Site rent is $150.00 per month for a Full Hook up Site which includes 30amp or 50amp, sewer, cable, WIFI.
    Monthly electric allowance of $35.00

    20% discount on propane.
    20% discount on most store items.

Job Description

This favorite year-round destination campground in the Pocono Mountains, seven miles off I-80 in Pennsylvania, is situated one mile from Shawnee Ski Mountain, seven miles from beautiful Bushkill Falls and 75 miles from New York City. We are also KOA’s 2018 Campground of the Year!

We are looking for additional staff to keep campground maintained and ready for campers throughout the rest of our 2024 season . This is a full time hands-on position on a beautiful 200 site campground with RV’s, Cabins and Tent sites.

  • Indoor & outdoor responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, registering guests and taking reservations, keeping the store organized & clean, stocking shelves, inventory, help with activities and superior customer service.
  • Light cleaning of rental units and bathrooms would also be a plus, as needed.
  • Outdoor maintenance is a hands-on job. Knowledge of maintenance of landscaping, plumbing, mechanical, housekeeping and electrical is a plus.
  • Knowledge of K2 Computer Program for reservations and check-ins/outs.

Partner jobs available. We’ll make every effort to schedule couples to work the same hours when possible.

Must be able to work long shifts, including days or nights, weekday or weekends and holidays. Able to stand for most of the day and lift up to 50 lbs.   Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, couch and climb ladder. Capable of moving safely over uneven terrain.

Must have valid Driver’s License.
