  • Responsibilities

    Duties include but not limited to Keeping store fully stocked, shelves faced, product inventoried and clean. Has the ability to process Guests’ purchases, handle money accurately, upsell and engage with Guests, answering questions and informing of daily activities happening in the Resort.

  • Compensation/Benefits

    Water, 30/50 Electric and sewer site is available at a nominal fee, Pets welcome.
    Dormitory housing for a nominal weekly fee is also available. No Pets allowed. Rooms are equipped with twin size bunk beds. Each dorm includes a full kitchen stocked with basic cooking and eating utensils.
    Propane discount, store discounts. Black Hills VIP card which gives cardholder complimentary or discounted access to many area attractions. Pay for all hours worked. Staff is encourage to participate in Complimentary Resort activities, such as musical entertainment, movies, waterslide, pools, mini-golf, basketball, Rodeos and Polkapoolza

Job Description

Our Guests’ have 3 stores to browse, Grapes and Grinds, Outpost and General store. Grapes and Grinds has specialty coffees, espresso and wine, Outpost store is geared toward young at heart with toys, and the General Store has camping supplies, food and souvenirs. Ideal Candidate is energetic, outgoing, cheerful and friendly. The Store representative will be trained to work in all 3 stores.
Nestled at the foot of the Black Elk Wilderness in the Beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota our KOA Resort is a popular vacation destination. Our family resort caters to vacations built on family fun and creating memories with outdoor activities and amenities for all travelers and staff. Our Staff works 40 hours per week in a fast paced environment and has 2 days off to relax, enjoy our Resort and explore the gorgeous area.
