  • Responsibilities 
    • Proficient in K2 Reservation Software
    • Provide excellent and friendly guest service by being attentive, responsive and helpful to our guests.  Greet guests with a smile and positive attitude at every opportunity. 
    • Promote the KOA Reward Cards during reservations and at check-ins. 
    • Promote our local attractions. Refer guests to the advertisers on the back of our site map. 
    • Pay attention to detail and follow all KOA guidelines and procedures regarding the handling of registrations, reservations, cancellations and refunds. 
    • Use careful and accurate money handling for all transactions. 
    • Have a positive attitude and treat guests, co-workers and management with respect. 
    • Communication is key for everything we do in this job. Add reservation notes for changes or issues. 
    • Maintain store daily by stocking/fronting and rotating store and gift shop items. 
    • Clean store daily.  Cleaning includes (but is not limited to) the storeroom, front desk, store/gift shop, all windows and doors, coffee area, etc. 

     

     

  • Compensation/Benefits 

    Your rate of pay will be $18/hour.  Your first day of work is May 15, 2026 and your last day is September 30, 2026.  The end of season bonus of $1 for every hour worked will be paid once you have completed the season assignment timeframe described above.  Site Fee of $150 per month will provide a Full Hookup Site-50/30amp Electric, Water, Sewer, Cable and Wi-Fi. KOA yellow shirts and name tags will be provided.

Job Description

The primary duties of the PM Registration/Store Clerk/Night Registration involve processing phone, internet reservations and checking in guests while maintaining the highest levels of friendliness and customer service for which Missoula KOA campers have come to expect. Must have K2 experience.  Additionally, you will assist campers with questions about the Missoula area and assist with stocking and facing of store/gift shop shelves, renting of pedal carts, dusting, cleaning and stocking coffee bar.

This is an evening shift with scheduled hours of 4pm to 12am, five nights per week.
