- Proficient in K2 Reservation Software
- Provide excellent and friendly guest service by being attentive, responsive and helpful to our guests.  Greet guests with a smile and positive attitude at every opportunity.Â
- Promote the KOA Reward Cards during reservations and at check-ins.Â
- Promote our local attractions. Refer guests to the advertisers on the back of our site map.Â
- Pay attention to detail and follow all KOA guidelines and procedures regarding the handling of registrations, reservations, cancellations and refunds.Â
- Use careful and accurate money handling for all transactions.Â
- Have a positive attitude and treat guests, co-workers and management with respect.Â
- Communication is key for everything we do in this job. Add reservation notes for changes or issues.Â
- Maintain store daily by stocking/fronting and rotating store and gift shop items.Â
- Clean store daily.  Cleaning includes (but is not limited to) the storeroom, front desk, store/gift shop, all windows and doors, coffee area, etc.Â
