- Managing all staff within each department
- Overseeing all projects and tasks within the campground
- Budgeting, payroll and store inventory
- Guest Communications
- Performing all paperwork tasks weekly for the accountant
- Ensuring all safety regulations for staff and guests on-site
- Reporting to upper management weekly for all reports, tasks and staff related issues
- Following KOA policies and rules
The campground manager will need to have a ServSafe certification & Pool Certification. Both can be obtain after employment, but needs to be completed within 30 days.
