Assisting front desk with questions, customer issues, overrides and as a guide for making sure that each guest receives the best customer service possible. When management is unavailable, you will collect any necessary information for items to be handled upon their return. In their absence, you will assist with assist with any issues amongst staff within your authority. The supervisor will be responsible for opening/closing store at the respective times within shift and management of all monies during this time. Any additional duties will be discussed at time of interview.
