    • Responsibilities
      Key Responsibilities:
      • Greet and check in/out guests in a friendly and efficient manner
      • Manage reservations by phone, email, and in-person using campground reservation software
      • Provide information about campground amenities, local attractions, rules, and activities
      • Handle payments, refunds, and balancing the cash drawer
      • Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
      • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams regarding site status and guest needs
      • Keep the front office, lobby, and retail area clean and organized
      • Sell basic merchandise, firewood, and other campground items and perform routine stocking, organization, and cleaning of retail areas
      • Answer phones and return messages in a timely and courteous manner
      • Assist in enforcing campground policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
      • Maintain accurate records and logs, including incident reports when needed
    Qualifications:
    • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk required
    • Previous KOA/K2 experience preferred
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Comfortable using computers, phones, and point-of-sale systems
    • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
    • Ability to remain calm and helpful in busy or stressful situations
    • Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and peak season hours
    • Knowledge of the local area and outdoor recreation is a plus
    • Social media and Koa Website maintance/updating
    Housekeeping Responsibilities
    Cabin & Restroom Cleaning
    • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and floors.
    • Clean, reset, and prepare cabins for incoming guests.
    • Strip bedding, replace linens, make beds, vacuum/sweep/mop floors in Loft.
    • Restock supplies: toiletries, paper products, kitchen items, and guest essentials.
    • Ensure all cabins meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
    Laundry & Stocking
    • Maintain continuous laundry rotation throughout the workday.
    • Wash, dry, fold, and stage linens for use between cleanings.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry areas.
    General Campground Support
    • Assist other departments (grounds, maintenance, activities) when necessary.
    • Follow safety procedures and proper chemical-handling guidelines.
    • Report cabin issues, damages, or maintenance needs immediately.
    • Work collaboratively to meet tight turnaround deadlines on high-occupancy days.
    Each applicant must meet the following:
      • Ability to lift 20–30 lbs (laundry baskets, supply bins, linens).
      • Capacity for repetitive physical activity — bending, reaching, walking, lifting, climbing stairs.
      • Comfort being on your feet for long periods.
      • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning checklists.
      • and consistent attendance.
      • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
      • Basic communication skills and willingness to interact with guests politely.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during peak turnover days.
      • Commitment to the full seasonal schedule

Front Desk

  • FD team members will be responsible for greeting guests with a smile and provide exceptional customer service during check-in and check-out, handle phone calls, reservations, and general guest inquiries, process payments and maintain accurate records, provide information about park activities, amenities and local attractions, and assist with light administrative duties and ensure the office area stays organized and inviting. Maintaining social media and KOA Website appearance.
Housekeeping
  • Housekeeping team members will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities, including sweeping, mopping and vacuuming, disinfecting and trash take out. You will help maintain an organized storage area for cleaning tools, supplies, and linens.
