  • Responsibilities 

    Work Expectations: Couples will work the same days, though shifts may vary Minimum 30 hours per person per week (preference given to full-time applicants)

    Some hours contribute toward site cost, with additional hours paid at a mutually agreed wage.

    We all pitch in to provide an excellent guest experience!

    Requirements: Own an RV (if opting for an RV site) OR accept housing in our furnished apartment

    Strong customer service skills and teamwork mindset.

    Comfortable handling maintenance tasks and/or front desk duties.

    Must commit to the agreed-upon time period.

  • Compensation/Benefits 

    What We Offer: RV site (full hook-up, 50/30 amp) with free high-speed Wi-Fi, Laundry allowance, Propane discount, 20% store discount (excluding alcohol), Performance-based bonus program, Paid hours beyond site offset.

    Optional furnished 1-bedroom apartment above the store (for non-RVers)

    Pay starts from $12/hr + per person depending on experience.

Twin Falls Jerome KOA Holiday- Live and work in beautiful Southern Idaho!

We are looking for a dedicated Work-camping couple to join our team at Twin Falls Jerome KOA Holiday! Our campground is a highly rated, overnight-friendly stop for families and travelers on their way to Yellowstone and beyond.

We need a couple who can split responsibilities between:  Guest Services & Front Desk  Maintenance & Outside Guest Services.

Workcamper Couple Responsibilities: Guest Services Representative (One Partner) Welcome guests in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner Check guests in/out, answer inquiries, and process reservations using K2 Reservation Software Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally.

Keep the campground store clean, organized, and well-stocked. Answer phone and in-person inquiries about campground amenities & local attractions. Maintain high standards of customer service, communication, and teamwork. Maintenance & Outside Guest Services (One Partner) Perform general campground upkeep: mowing, watering, weed control, fence repair, pool maintenance, and site cleanups.  Hands-on maintenance work: painting, staining, plumbing, light carpentry, electrical repairs, and landscaping. Guide guests to their campsites and pump propane.    Conduct preventive maintenance on campground buildings, cabins, equipment, and vehicles.  Use power tools and drive campground vehicles (when required).  Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all guests.
