Ability to make reservations, campground maintenance, housekeeping – Team should be able to work independently and work as a Team. Assist with the coordination of events (this is an all employee hands on deck). Handle guest interactions, ensure full compliance of policies and procedures. On Call in case of emergencies and after hours phone responsibilities.

Job Description
Assist the managers with the day to day operations of the RV park. Team will need to have the ability to make reservations, work in maintenance, do housekeeping. Most importantly making sure our guest experience is GREAT by providing a positive attitude. Customer service and satisfaction is of the utmost importance. Managers work hand-in-hand with you and will lead by example. Flexibility and commitment to the KOA experience is a must. K2 experience is a must for at least one of the team members.
