  • Responsibilities 

    Job Duties can include: Tasks associated with an RV park/campground, duties assigned by owner, oversight of work kampers, scheduling, running reports and / or filling in for all work kamp jobs. General maintenance duties, including campsite cleanup, trash pickup, and various projects as needed. Ground Maintenance, Housekeeping duties helping with cleaning of cabins, restrooms, assisting guests, registering guests on K2 computer system, store maintenance and sales, recreational activities, working with children and or adults, monitoring phones, night shift coverage.

  • Compensation/Benefits 

    Management jobs are salaried positions each week in exchange for bi-weekly pay (based on experience and work performance) and include RV full hook up site with electric, water, septic, free Wi-Fi and a 15% discount on all store items. You are not asked to pay any rent, nor are you charged anything for electric. Compensation to be discussed at time of phone interview.

Job Description: Opportunity for a couple to manage a 100 unit campground. Manage all aspects of campground, ensuring that the camp systems, facilities, activities, and staff work together in a smooth, safe and harmonious manner so as to ensure that guests have a memorable stay. Job consists of All Managerial duties. Registration, inventory, back office, daily and weekly reports, site prep, maintenance, housekeeping and managing a small staff. K2 experience and prior management experience required. More information to be discussed at interview.
