Job Description

The Facilities Manager is the overall lead for things maintenance related in the campground and reports to the GM. Directing a group of maintenance and groundskeeping employees to complete repair tasks, improving park appearance and functionality will be the biggest area of focus. While this is a full-time salaried position, hours will be heavier in the Summer and lighter in the off season. This is a W-2 position.

Located about 45 minutes from Detroit, 30 minutes from Ann Arbor, and 20 minutes from Toledo we are smack dab in the middle of all the festivals, activities, stores, and restaurants the area has to offer but far enough away that you can enjoy nature and not the noises of the city.

This is a family focused campground with many guests having been coming here for over 30 years. We put emphasis on activities and themed weekends which draws in a large crowd, especially on weekends. We are currently in the process of building our brand new epicenter of fun that will include 2 brand new pools and a splash pad as well as a large building to house multiple guest accommodations which we are expecting will drive reservations through the roof resulting in a very busy summer.
