    The responsibilities depend on position and level of skills at those positions. Must be able to work inside and outside during Summer months and able to pick up 40 lbs, a valid drivers license is also desired.

  • Compensation/Benefits

    As mentioned FHU with full time hours, can be combined with spouse. Our electric is metered monthly and billed to you with a 125.00 allowance monthly and hourly pay.

Job Description

We are currently accepting application for Maintenance and landscaping. The ideal canidate will be well rounded in property maintenance: HVAC a plus, but basic plumbing, carpentery and refrigeration is accepted. Our outdoor staff may also do landscaping as needed. A couple is acceptable with other skills that valuable to our property; such as, store retail, front desk, activities, food and beverage. Full time or part time considered for FHU site, hourly pay and metered electric.
