  • Responsibilities 
    • Work closely with management to maintain a clean, safe and appealing park.
    • Attend staff meetings to communicate management on required work projects.
    • Communicate regularly and professionally with other maintenance workers, management and staff and work closely with them on all special maintenance projects.
    • Maintain grounds and common areas and keep them free from trash and debris.
    • Report maintenance concerns directly to management and perform repairs.
    • Mow, weed, edge and otherwise maintain common areas and sites.
    • Conduct irrigation systems repairs.
    • You will be required to move heavy objects and you may drive maintenance trucks/equipment to various locations on the property.
    • Repair plumbing and sewer (Standpipes, PEX & standard plumbing issues)
    • Repair electrical issues (pedestals and small electrical repair)
    • Escort guests to their sites
    • Fill propane cylinders for guests
    • Monitor and control maintenance inventory and supplies.
    • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
    • maintain and clean pool on-site, including, but not limited to vacuuming and adding chemicals daily (summer season only).
  • Compensation/Benefits 

    $16.00 per hour

    Part-time/Seasonal (April-October).

    Part time hours: 24-28 hour per week, with possibility of more hours later into the season depending on projects scheduled by the Park Manager, or the landscaping needs.

    Must be available to work any day/time. A set schedule will be given for the season after the first week of training is complete. You would need to start by mid to late march and be placed on site before April 1st to get your week of training completed.

    Back in, Full hook-up Site is $250 per month

Job Description

As a Maintenance Worker you perform various maintenance duties requiring technical labor skills, including HVAC repairs and adjustments, plumbing, light carpentry/construction, appliance repair, groundskeeping and more. You work as a team participant along with the park manager to ensure the parks needs are met.

This position is Seasonal. Will be needed from April thru October. Opportunity to stay through winter depending on staffing level capacity needed for the off-season. Will be determined by September 2026!
