Perform basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs, and maintenance to campground buildings, facilities, equipment and grounds as directed by the Campground Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor or the owner(s).
Implement daily, weekly and monthly maintenance and cleaning programs as instituted by the Campground Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor or the owner(s), including the pool/spa, lawn mowing, weed eating, landscaping, garbage pick-up, propane pumping, game machine, laundry servicing and various other campground equipment upkeep.
Comply with all KOA, federal, state and local safety programs by adhering to established guidelines in the operation and storage of various equipment, tools, and chemicals, ensuring your safety, as well as that of fellow staff and campground customers.
Provide superior customer service by being attentive, responsive and helpful to guests needs. Report all customer problems, requests or complaints to the Campground Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor or the owner(s).

Come be part of the team at the beautiful Wisconsin Dells KOA Holiday in Wisconsin Dells, WI. Known for it’s beautiful scenery, but probably known better as the “Waterpark Capital of the World!” Responsible for guest registration, front desk, and store procedures while delivering great guest service. Job will run from April 15, 2024 to November 1, 2024 (dates negotiable)
Responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of the campground buildings, facilities, equipment and grounds. Will escort guests.
