Job Description

Coordinate and Execute the Wisconsin Dells onsite activities, crafts and events. Job will run from April 15, 2024 to November 1, 2024.

Activities can include but are not limited to things like hosting a movie night, campground service, local musical talent onsite, kids games and crafts, bike parade, pool party, Christmas in July, ice cream socials, onsite recreation, etc. We want each of our guest to have a memorial experience at our campgrounds and one way to achieve that goal is to offer more than just a campsite for their stay.

Constant communication with the onsite manager with the activities planned and items needed to execute those activities.

Lead local and onsite efforts to support KOA’s pledge of donations to Care Camps.

Work with the KCN Enterprises Care Camps committee members and chair people to carry out specific Care Camps initiatives at the park.

Set goals, make plans, and execute plans to achieve measurable success in guest satisfaction scores, positive reviews, support of Managers/Supervisors by leading the effort for FUN at the campground.
