Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
- Help prepare sites and facilities for guest arrivals
- Support campground safety and cleanliness standards
- Respond to maintenance requests and report larger issues to management
- Assist with basic repairs and preventative maintenance throughout the park
- Maintain and clean campground facilities, including restrooms, showers, and two apartment units
- Perform routine grounds maintenance such as trash removal, light landscaping, site upkeep, and pool maintenance
Compensation/Benefits $500 starting Bonus

Webster / Douglas Forest KOA Journey is seeking a dependable Maintenance Team Member to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our KOA campground located beside the Douglas State Forest in central Massachusetts.
Position Overview
The Maintenance Team Member plays an essential role in supporting the KOA guest experience by ensuring campground facilities, grounds, and amenities are clean, functional, and well-maintained. This position addresses daily maintenance needs and responds promptly to guest or site issues.
