Maintenance
• Perform basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs, and maintenance to campground buildings, facilities, equipment and grounds as directed by the Maintenance Manager or Supervisor.
• Provide Maintenance/Repairs/Security for a resort atmosphere.
• Provide high standards of service to campers and guests.
• Provide excellent and friendly guest service by being attentive, responsive and helpful to all guests needs. Greet the guests at every opportunity by demonstrating a friendly welcome and professional demeanor.
• Present a positive impression with a well-groomed appearance, smiles and proper KOA uniform and name tag.
• Implement daily, weekly and monthly maintenance and cleaning programs as outlined by the immediate supervisor. Examples include, but are not limited to these areas; pool/spa, lawn mowing, weed eating, landscaping, cleaning of buildings, garbage pick-up, propane pumping, game machine, laundry servicing and various other campground equipment.
• Comply with all federal and state safety programs by adhering to established guidelines in the operation and storage of various equipment, tools, and chemicals, ensuring your safety, as well as that of fellow staff and campground guests.
• Report all customer problems, requests or complaints to the manager or supervisor and follow-up to resolve the issue if possible.
• Maintain safe campground systems, equipment and facilities, including pool, hook-ups, etc.
• Use safe work practices to avoid accidents of both guests and team members.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to safely operate various maintenance tools and equipment.
• Perform all other duties assigned by the manager or supervisor.
• Cleaning and sanitizing of all equipment, vehicles, buildings and sites.
• Perform all other duties assigned.
• Must have a current valid Driver’s License.

Job Description
Come live and work in the beautiful Pacific Northwest just one mile from the Pacific Ocean. Currently seeking fun-loving, family orientated & dependable folks for the 2025 spring/summer season.
Astoria/Warrenton/Seaside KOA is a 300 site park with RV sites, deluxe lodging, camping cabins, deluxe tent & rustic tent spots. We have a 120ft indoor activity building w/Movie screen, jumping pillow, putt-putt golf, indoor pool/hot tub, outdoor pool and bike trail! During the summer season our park is extremely busy with full activities and themed weekends.
Wildlife aplenty with raccoons, elk, deer, bald eagles and more! Astoria/Warrenton/Seaside areas have plenty to offer: shopping, fishing, parks miles of beaches and fantastic museums. Directly across the street from our beautiful KOA is Fort Steven’s State park with miles of biking and hiking paths with the Pacific Ocean only a mile walk from our Kampstore! Out our backdoor are the Coastal Cascade Mountains only 30 minutes away! What a paradise to live & work!
Maintenance: Provide excellent and friendly guest service by being attentive, responsive and helpful to all guest needs. Work will include but not limited to: pools/hot tub, lawn mowing, weed eating, landscaping, and cleaning of building, garbage pickup, propane pumping, game machines and cleaning of fire pits. Comply with all federal and state safety programs. Knowledge in the operation and storage of various equipment, tools, employee management and chemicals, ensuring your safety as well as that of fellow staff and campground guests. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend and kneel for long periods of time. Basic knowledge of pool operations is helpful, as well as basic knowledge of propane dispensing. Valid driver’s license is required.
