  • Responsibilities 

    Front Desk – proficient with KOA systems is a plus but not necessary

    Must be willing to learn on the job and communicate efficiently

    Able to do lawn care and maintenance.

    Upkeep of sites, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, amenities, and other grounds features.

    Cleaning up the campsites.

    Delivering fire wood. Helping to park RV’s all with a smile and excellent customer service.

    General housekeeping of our Cabins and Restrooms/showers.

    The ability to endure seasonal temperatures, as the work is performed outdoors, is required. The job involves constant standing, walking, lifting, climbing, and repetitive motions.

    *One person will not be responsible for all jobs listed but rather the work will be divided amongst work campers

  • Compensation/Benefits 

    You will live in your own RV on a seasonal RV site paid for by 25 hours of work a week. Electricity, water, and excellent WIFI are free. Laundry is also free, with three KOA logo shirts included.

Job Description

Join our team at the Brown County/ Nashville KOA Holiday in central Indiana! A hidden gem located in the “Little Smokies”. We have stunning views, wonderful hiking and biking opportunities (across the street at the state park), and the potential for lots of shopping in the artist colony in downtown Nashville only 2.2 miles away, as well as many breweries around the area. Our campground has two bathhouses, 60 RV sites, 3 Camping cabins, 7 deluxe cabins, a glamping tent, and 6 tent sites. We also have a half mile walking trail, a fenced in dog park, and an outdoor swimming pool.

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with excellent people skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to contribute wherever needed. The positions available include roles in front desk, house keeping, groundskeeper, security and maintenance for the upcoming spring, summer, & fall seasons. The position is part-time with 25 hours covering your site.

We are looking for an individual or pair (a couple, parent/teen, friends etc.) to split the hours between them. Each person will have their own responsibilities. The hours together will start around 25 hours, which covers the RV site, and then depending on need can work more then the initial 25 hours a week.
