  • Responsibilities

    Landscaping crew plants flowers, waters, fertilizes, weeds and maintains flowers, shrubs and vegetation. Focus on presentation of our Resort facilities. Participates in trash removal, mows, weed whacks, keeps gas grills and fire pits clean, delivers firewood, sets up group facilities and other tasks as assigned.

  • Compensation/Benefits

    Mt Rushmore KOA Resort offers 30/50 amp electric, water and sewer sites to our staff with campers at a nominal weekly fee. Pets are allowed while adhering to the KOA Pet restrictions. Sites are within our work camper community separate from Guest sites.
    Dormitory housing for a nominal weekly fee is also available. No Pets allowed. Rooms are equipped with twin size bunk beds. Each dorm includes a full kitchen stocked with basic cooking and eating utensils.
    Store and Propane discounts and discounts at Property Vendors establishment are available. Staff is encourage to participate in Complimentary Resort activities, such as musical entertainment, movies, waterslide, pools, mini-golf, basketball, Rodeos and Polkapoolza. Our staff is presented with a Black Hills and Badlands VIP pass which entitles holder to free or discounted admission to many area attractions.

Guest experience presentation. Comfortable working outside with grass, weeds, sunny days.
Placed at the foot of the Black Elk Wilderness in the Beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota. Our family resort provides outdoor activities and amenities for guest and staff to create memories. Our staff works 40 hours per week in a fast paced environment.
