    POSITION SUMMARY
    The Housekeeping Supervisor (HS) oversees the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department in support
    of an OAK property. A Housekeeping Supervisor monitors the work activities of the housekeeping team to ensure
    that they are providing a clean, orderly, and attractive environment for guests. They assign duties accordingly while quality inspecting all aspects performed by their team to make sure everything meets industry standards and keeps an eye on customer satisfaction. The HS organizes employee shifts, trains and motivates team members, maintains stock and monitors inventory levels, and orders cleaning supplies. They are tasked with maintaining quality control standards, investigating complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and taking corrective action with a focus on providing great customer service while leading a diverse team.

    Compensation includes pay for all hours worked at $16.00. Site rent is $92.30 per pay period for single or $46.15 for a pair (both working) for a FHU site with water, sewer, electric, cable and Wi-Fi. Store and propane discounts are available for workcampers. We provide uniform shirts as needed, black, gray or khaki pants/shorts required.

We are seeking a motivated, flexible and hard-working person for the Housekeeping Supervisor position.

We have many amenities you can utilize as available including: a catch and release fishing lake, exercise trail, basketball court, jumping pillow, mini golf, bikes, paddle boats, volleyball, sports field, swimming pool, wading pool, laundry, library, gym, playground, horseshoes, conference center, pavilion and gazebo.

All positions require availability of up to 40 hours per week during peak season. Anticipated hours range from 24-40hrs per week based on time of year.
