  • Responsibilities

    Clean accommodations and public areas efficiently, to brand expectations, with great attention to detail and within time standards
    -Refresh and replenish accommodations with amenities, supplies, linens and applicable collateral to ensure all items are available for guest use
    -Take ownership to resolve guest challenges, working collaboratively with the guest services team and property leadership
    -Cleaning sites (firepits and general garbage)

  • Compensation/Benefits

    We are looking for folks who can join us starting begining/mid-May through mid-September 2024.

    You will work about 6 hour days, 5 days a week (hours and days can be flexible). Couples will recieve the same schedule and same days off.

    Your commitment of 25-35 hours a week pays for the site so ALL hours worked are PAID. Hourly rate start at $13.50 and depending on experience and inclination towards other responsiblities.

    Your site will include: sewer, water, electric (50/30 amp), and wifi. You will receive propane at cost and a 15% store discount.

Job Description

Housekeeping is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, comfortable, and tidy environment. Cleaning of public common areas including restrooms, laundry room and accommodation units with the goal of providing GREAT guest service. The Housekeeper consistently offers professional, friendly and engaging customer service. Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. as needed, long periods of standing, bending, kneeling and walking. Proper maintenance of housekeeping tools and equipment is essential. Housekeepers work as part of a diverse team to meet and exceed KOA brand standards.

Great Falls is located in Central Montana, which makes us the perfect base camp for travelers visiting Glacier National Park, Yellowstone, and even Canada. Our campground is well established and is situated on the edge of town with many amenities convienetly close by. We love it here and hope you will too!
