  • Responsibilities 

    Duties include the cleaning of bath house, laundry room, game room, tv lounge, rustic cabin and offices.
    Onsite we have one bath house, 5 cottages, 2 deluxe cabins, and 1 rustic log cabin.
    Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
    Remove bedding and count linens in the room, then make beds neatly with fresh sheets and pillowcases. •
    Wash, dry and fold laundry as required.
    Pick up debris from the floors and empty trash in the wastebaskets.
    Clean mirrors, shelves, dishes, door frames, and furniture.
    Dust all surfaces, vacuum and sweep floors, and arrange furniture properly.
    Sanitize bathrooms, scrub basins, tubs, toilets, and floors with appropriate chemical solutions in accordance with industry standards and company policy while using protective equipment.

  • Compensation/Benefits 

    Hourly rate after site rental is dependent upon experience but starts at $14.01/hr.
    QSERA Monthly Medical Reimbursement.
    Travel compensation: We will cover $50/night up to three nights on campground stays for travelling to our campground.
    Paid 15-minute break.
    Free laundry.
    No charge for visitors and discounts on accommodations and RV sites for guests.
    At least two Days off a week.
    Pay is 1 week in arrears.
    Store discounts are 15%.
    We have great wi-fi here with the ability to stream shows and do video calls.

Job Description

Brattleboro North KOA is a small, welcoming campground nestled on 7.5 acres in beautiful southern Vermont. With campsites, one bathhouse, five cottages, one log cabin, two deluxe cabins, and one large deluxe cabin with a bath and a half, we pride ourselves on providing a clean, friendly, and relaxing experience for our guests.

We are looking for dependable, self-starting team players to join our staff. The ideal candidates will enjoy working with people and animals, have a positive attitude, and be willing to take on different responsibilities as needed in a small-park setting. This position will primarily focus on housekeeping but may also include front office assistance depending on scheduling and needs.

We are looking for someone short-term during our peak season, Memorial Day – Mid October but could extend to Oct 31st.

Our park is fast-paced during this time, with high turnover in the park on a day-to-day basis.

Hours/week: 20-35 per week. Minimum of two consecutive days off, pairs have the same days off.
Site: Earned 10 hrs/week total (pair works 5 hrs each to earn site)
