Clean and style accommodation rooms and public areas efficiently, to brand expectations, with great attention to detail and within time standards. Refresh and replenish guest rooms with amenities, supplies, linens, and applicable collateral to ensure all items are available for guest use. Remove bedding and count linens in the room, then make beds neatly with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Take ownership to resolve guest challenges, working collaboratively with the guest services team and property leadership. Fill out appropriate forms and turn in any items left by guest to the housekeeping supervisor. Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, comfortable, and tidy environment in support of the housekeeping department at our campground. They are to clean all private offices and public common areas, including the general store, restrooms, and accommodation units while maintaining departmental standards. The Housekeeper consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging customer service. Proper maintenance of the housekeeping tools and equipment is essential. Housekeepers work as part of a diverse team to meet and exceed KOA brand standards.

Located at the entrance to the Harpers Ferry National park, our campground offers a wide variety of activities for guests and staff alike. With 300 sites and 50 cabins, this year round campground is in the heart of Historic Civil War Battlefields. Hollywood Casino at the Charles Town Races is only 5 miles. Premium Outlet shopping is available within a half hours drive. Washington DC and Baltimore are both a 1.5 hours away, perfect for a day trip. Visit the Shenandoah Valley and Blue Ridge Mountains with beautiful view and nature at its best. Stay local and enjoy the Shenandoah and Potomac Rivers, tubing, white water rafting, are available all summer. The Appalachian Trail and C&O Cancel both pass through Harpers Ferry and provide excellent hiking and biking opportunities.
The campground has 300 sites and cabins and plethora of amenities which include, indoor basketball court, junior Olympic sized pool, jumping pillow, outdoor stage, Civil War Battlefield tours, deluxe cabins, General Store, indoor movie theater, Café, pancake breakfast, themed weekends, dog park, and mini golf.
