Utilizing insecticides, fertilizers, and chemical sprays to treat diseases. Keeping grounds free from trash, litter, and debris, and emptying trash receptacles. Changes light bulbs, paints walls, woodwork, furniture, and equipment. Makes minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
