Key Responsibilities:
•Perform routine landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, edging, and watering
•Maintain cleanliness of grounds, walkways, and common areas
•Collect and dispose of trash and debris
•Operate landscaping equipment and basic tools safely
•Assist with minor repairs and general property upkeep
•Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
•Work efficiently to complete tasks in busy, high-demand conditions
Physical Requirements:
•Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
•Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials as needed
•Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Qualifications:
•Basic knowledge of landscaping or grounds maintenance preferred
•Ability to follow directions and work independently
•Strong work ethic and reliability
•Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and stay productive in stressful or high-traffic environments
