The primary responsibility of the Groundskeeper is to help create the most enjoyable and welcoming environment possible for our guests. This means maintaining exceptional cleanliness throughout the park, including campsites, restrooms, fire pits, and common areas—ensuring a 100% standard of cleanliness at all times.
Key duties include cleaning campsites and fire pits, picking up litter, and conducting regular restroom checks. You’ll also be responsible for pumping propane and assisting with any customer concerns in a friendly and respectful manner, while clearly communicating and reinforcing park rules when needed.
You will work closely with the office staff to ensure operations run smoothly during your shift. Specific duties vary slightly by shift:
- Day Shift: Cleaning fire pits, raking and tidying campsites, and general maintenance of park grounds.
- Evening Shift: Escorting campers, delivering firewood, addressing concerns around the park, and conducting regular restroom checks.
