Job Description

Front Desk Staff

The Front Desk Staff is responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests before arrival and throughout their stay. This position welcomes and assists campground guests by completing registrations, issuing keys, escorting guests to their campsite or accommodation, making and confirming reservations, and collecting payments for reservations and camp store purchases.

Front Desk Staff are also responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked camp store. They work collaboratively with the campground team to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, enjoyable experience for every guest while helping maintain KOA brand standards.
