  • Responsibilities 

    Couples help where needed — greeting guests at the front desk, assisting with check-ins, keeping bathhouses and cabins fresh, delivering firewood, refreshing sites, and helping maintain our beautiful grounds. We all pitch in and keep things positive, flexible, and team-oriented.

    This is a great fit for friendly, dependable couples who enjoy staying active, meeting new people, and being part of a welcoming campground community.

  • Compensation/Benefits 

    In exchange for your campsite — valued at approximately $2,550 per month — couples work approximately 16–20 hours per week per person, with flexibility in total weekly hours based on scheduling needs and what works best for both you and the campground. Your full hookup site includes electric at no additional cost, plus cable and WiFi, creating a substantial monthly savings while you enjoy campground living.

    You’ll have at least three days off each week, and we schedule partners together so you share the same shifts and the same days off — because we believe your time together matters.

    Additional perks make the experience even better, including a laundry allowance, propane at cost, camp store discounts, and friends & family savings when loved ones come to visit.

    No prior campground experience? No problem. We’re happy to train friendly, dependable, motivated couples who want to be part of a welcoming and supportive campground community.

Job Description

Under New Management for the 2026 season – We’re looking for friendly couples to join us for the 2026 season (April–October) and enjoy campground living while helping create a great guest experience. This is a campsite exchange opportunity — perfect for RVers who enjoy staying active, meeting new people, and being part of a fun, supportive team.

You’ll help out where needed — whether that’s greeting guests, lending a hand in housekeeping, or helping keep the campground looking its best. We all pitch in and keep things upbeat and low-stress.
