  • Responsibilities

    Office: check in/check out guests in K2 program, employee scheduling, answer phone and take reservations, answer any questions guests may have, store sales through K2, able to clean restrooms, laundry room and office and other basic cleaning,(dusting/mopping) stand/walk for long periods of time. We use the Medallia Concierge(Zingle) for guest communications and Gmail.

    Maintenance: Ability to troubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Basic carpentry knowledge is a plus. General outside duties to include escorting, landscaping(pulling weeds, mulching, weed and bush trimming, etc) and carrying 50lbs or equipment for a lengthy period of time. Daily duties  may include guest census, departures, landscape and pool maintenance. Security would be part of the job and that would be watching for unregistered cars/guests in the park and supporting park policies, and helping guests have a positive experience.

    Our park is a KOA Holiday Park and we have a pool, firepits for each of the 117 RV sites and growing(hopefully this winter opening a new phase that includes an additional 80 sites). We are pet friendly and have a K9 park. Both positions do require cleaning of our 5 restrooms, 2 with showers.

This is an immediate opening

I am looking for an assistant manager couple starting ASAP.  Our hours are 9am to 5pm. As a couple, you would get two consecutive days off.

In the office, we are looking for a person that can multi task in the office, work up to 40 hours per week, have K2 experience as well as exceptional interpersonal skills.

Maintenance, I am looking for a person with general maintenance duties which include, an ability to troubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical and plumbing. General carpentry knowledge is a plus. General outside duties to include escorting, landscaping (taking care of the grounds) There are golf carts for getting around and all the necessary equipment and tools available. Work up to 40 hours per week if needed.

Our park is a KOA Holiday Park and we have a pool, firepits for each of the 117 RV sites (with an additional 80 sites opening soon). We are pet friendly and have a K9 park. Both positions do require cleaning of our 5 restrooms, 2 with a shower and laundry room.

Management duties also include after hours phone responsibilities on your work days.
