  • Responsibilities 

    This position is open immediately with the option to stay for the winter 25-26!!!

    We are  looking for an Office/ Maintenance couple starting ASAP for 2025 and have the option staying for the next winter. We’re looking for a person to work in the office and the other person would work outside. Our hours are 9am to 5pm. As a couple, you would receive the same days off.

    Please see specific responsibilities below!

    For office, we are looking for a person that can multi task in the office, work  20-30 hours per week.

    For maintenance, we are  looking for a person with general maintenance duties which include, an ability to troubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical and plumbing. General carpentry knowledge is a plus. General outside duties to include escorting, landscaping (taking care of the grounds) There are golf carts for getting around and all the necessary equipment and tools available. Having your own tools is always a plus. Work 20-30 hours per week.

    Our park is a KOA Holiday Park and we have a pool, firepits for each of the 197 RV sites and growing. We are pet friendly and have a K9 park. Both positions do require cleaning of our 5 restrooms, 2 with a shower and laundry room.

     

  • Compensation/Benefits 

    We ask for 20 hrs per couple per week for FHU site, cable and Wi-Fi . Hourly wage after those hours. 20% store discounts, laundry and 1/2 hr. paid lunch. Use of our beautiful pool. Most importantly a drama free work environment!! In your resume, please inform us of size and type of RV, 50 or 30 amp, # of people in RV, # of pets if any.

Job Description

Office: check in/check out guests in K2 program, answer phone and take reservations in K2 program, answer any questions guests may have, store sales through K2, able to clean restrooms, laundry room and office and other basic cleaning,(dusting/mopping) stand/walk for long periods of time. We use the Medallia Concierge(Zingle) for guest communications and Gmail.

Maintenance: Ability to troubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Basic carpentry knowledge is a plus. General outside duties to include escorting, landscaping(pulling weeds, mulching, weed and bush trimming, etc.) and carrying 50lbs or equipment for a lengthy period of time. Helping managers with other daily duties that may include guest departures, arrivals and pool maintenance. Security would be part of the job and that would be watching for unregistered cars/guests in the park and supporting park policies, and helping guests have a positive experience.
