Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all campground operations, including reservations, guest services, and site management
- Manage and supervise campground staff, including hiring, scheduling, and training
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Maintain campground facilities, grounds, and amenities to high standards
- Handle budgeting, reporting, and inventory management
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and local regulations
- Coordinate events, activities, and improvements to enhance guest experience
