Job Description

This KOA is a beautiful outdoor destination offering guests a relaxing and memorable camping experience. With scenic sites, modern amenities, and a welcoming community atmosphere, we strive to provide exceptional service to every visitor.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our campground. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and passionate about hospitality and outdoor recreation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all campground operations, including reservations, guest services, and site management

  • Manage and supervise campground staff and training

  • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction

  • Maintain campground facilities, grounds, and amenities to high standards

  • Handle budgeting, reporting, and inventory management

  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and local regulations

  • Coordinate events, activities, and improvements to enhance guest experience

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, campground, RV park, or property management

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

  • Ability to manage budgets and operational logistics

  • Comfortable working in an outdoor environment

  • Basic maintenance or operational knowledge is a plus
