  • Responsibilities 

    Interface directly with guests on the phone and in person during reservation and registration process using K2 software
    Solve issues, report situations to the manager
    Interface with vendors and deliveries; maintain adequate inventories
    Assist with planned family activities.
    Assisting with housekeeping when necessary, including cleaning the bathhouse, a-frame, cottages, and cabins.

  • Compensation/Benefits 

    Hourly rate after site rental is dependent upon experience but starts at $14.01/hr.
    Travel compensation: We will cover $50/night up to three nights for travelling to our campground.
    Paid 15 minutes break.
    Free laundry.
    No charge for visitors and discounts on accommodations and RV sites for guests.
    At least two Days off a week.
    Pay is 1 week in arrears.
    Store discounts are 15%.
    We have great wi-fi here with the ability to stream shows and do video calls.

Job Description

The most important aspect of considering this type of work is a commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction. That is best achieved by being friendly, responsive, and appreciative towards our guests. The next most important aspect of your position is maintaining outstanding facilities that make people appreciate our park-like setting. By combining the two elements, our workampers have helped us to win the KOA President’s and Founder’s awards for the five years we have owned the campground.

The main role will be front office but needs to be willing to jump into housekeeping, up to two days a week.

We are happy to take someone short-term, during our peak season, June – Labor Day Weekend or for our entire season, May 1 thru Oct 31.
The Brattleboro North KOA has a daily high turnover in the park for both RV sites and accommodations.

Hours/week: 20-35 per week. Two consecutive days off, if a pair, couples have same two days off.
Site: 5 hrs/week total (pair works 2.5 hrs each to earn site)
