    • Being open to a Rotating Schedule — Morning Shift / Night Shift.
    • Learning the K2 Reservation System — On the job training.
    • Answering Phone Calls — Making Reservations over the phone.
    • Speaking in Person — Making Walk-in Reservations / Accommodating Guests Needs.
    • Front Office / Store Upkeep — Keeping shelves stocked and areas tidy.
    • Occasional Propane Filling — On the job training, only taught to anyone 18+.
    • Computer Skills — Typing in guest information as it is being said to you (Over the Phone / In Person).
    • Upselling — Based on customer needs.
    • Communication Skills — Bring Hospitable to all Guests / Co-Workers.
    • Teamwork — Being able to work with all other staff members to create a strong work environment.
    • Time Management — Knowing when certain tasks need done before others.
    • Good with all Ages — Provide a happy environment for all guests no matter their age.
    • Honesty — Mistakes happen, knowing what tasks you need more help / training on can better not only your skills but ours.
    • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
    • Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide informed assistance.
  • Compensation/Benefits 

    12.00 per hour, pay is the same as Weekends and Holidays. Full Hookup Back-in site 50 /30 amp service site included depending on completion of the commitment agreed upon by staff member or members and manager.

Job Description

We are looking for a couple or a group of two that can cover two separate areas of need.

Our KOA office is open from 9am – 9pm each day during June, July, and August. 6 hour shifts / 4-5 days per week. Camping season runs from March 1st – October 31st. (Help may not be needed in March or October depending on the year!)

In this role, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a positive company image. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
