Front Desk Guest Services Position:
Welcome all guests in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner
Check guests in/out, answer inquiries, and process reservations using K2 Reservation Software
Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally
Keep the campground store and laundry room clean, organized, and well-stocked
Answer phone and in-person inquiries about campground amenities & local attractions
Maintain high standards of customer service, communication, and teamwork
Maintenance & Outside Guest Services Position:
Perform general campground upkeep: mowing, micro garbage clean up and site cleanups
Hands-on maintenance work: painting, staining, plumbing, light carpentry, electrical repairs, and landscaping
Guide guests to their campsites, deliver firewood and pump propane, clean bathrooms and cabins.
Conduct preventive maintenance on campground buildings, cabins, equipment, and vehicles
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all guests
