  • Responsibilities 

    Inside Job Opening & Responsibilities:

    • Warmly welcome and efficiently register arriving guests.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and answer guest inquiries.
    • Process sales of items in our well-stocked store.
    • Accompany guests to their designated sites, ensuring a smooth arrival.
    • Promptly deliver firewood to guest locations.
    • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of cabins, the store, restrooms, and event spaces.

    Outside Job Opening & Responsibilities:

    • Safely and courteously escort guests to their reserved sites.
    • Ensure timely delivery of firewood to guests.
    • Maintain the cleanliness of cabins and restroom facilities.
    • Perform general site maintenance to ensure a pleasant guest experience.
    • Prepare sites for incoming guests.
    • Safely fill propane tanks as needed.
    • Keep the pool area clean and inviting.
    • Perform weed-eating and mowing duties as required to maintain property aesthetics.
    • Address basic electrical and plumbing repairs that may arise.
  • Compensation/Benefits

    • Paid hourly for all hours worked, starting at $16.00/hour.

Galesburg/Knoxville IL KOA is seeking enthusiastic team members to fill Inside and Outside Job roles at our scenic location! We offer a dynamic work environment with a variety of responsibilities.
