  • Responsibilities 

    Front Desk/Customer Service

    • Greet and register guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
    • Provide general customer service by answering questions and assisting guests with any needs during their stay.
    • Coordinate with the maintenance team to address guest requests and ensure their satisfaction.
    • Handle phone calls, reservations, and guest inquiries.
    • Perform light physical tasks such as stocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness in common areas.
    • Clean and sanitize bathrooms and cabins to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.

    Maintenance/Grounds keeping

    • Maintain the campground’s grounds, including mowing lawns, raking leaves, and trimming branches.
    • Guide guests to their campsites and deliver ice and firewood.
    • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
    • Utilize power tools and tractors for grounds maintenance and repairs.
    • Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of cabins, bathrooms, and outdoor areas.
    • Assist with any other campground tasks as needed.
  • Compensation/Benefits 

    Compensation and Benefits

    • Site provided: 50/30 Full Hookup Site.
    • 20 Hours of Work Per Week for Site: In exchange for your site, you’ll work 20 hours per week.
    • Additional Hours Paid: Any hours worked beyond the 20-hour site agreement will be paid at a rate of $10-$12 per hour, depending on experience.
    • Campground Perks: Free use of campground amenities, including hiking trails and outdoor activities.
    • Discounts: Enjoy discounts on campground store items like firewood, ice, and other essentials.

Position: Work-Kamping Couple at Manti-La Sal KOA

Manti-La Sal KOA is looking for a dedicated camper couple to join our team! Our campground is known for three key things: friendly customer service, spotless new bathrooms, and well-maintained grounds.

Front Desk/Customer Service

The front desk position is all about greeting and registering guests, coordinating with maintenance for guest needs, and providing general customer service. If you enjoy chatting with guests and going the extra mile to make them happy, this role is for you. Good phone skills, multitasking ability, and a willingness to perform light physical tasks (like stocking and cleaning) are essential. Expect to clean bathrooms and cabins as part of the role.

Maintenance/Groundskeeping

This role includes tasks like mowing grass, raking leaves, trimming branches, guiding guests to their sites, delivering ice and firewood, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of cabins and bathrooms. There will be occasional routine maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, use of power tools, and tractors.

Important Note: Our team is small, so all work campers are expected to pitch in with cleaning bathrooms and cabins—this is a key part of the job.
